用途:广泛用于肉制品、面制品及饮料、奶制品等食品行业领域。在肉制产品加工过程中可以减少肉制品的蒸煮损失,增加出品率,改善肉制品的切片性,增加肉制品弹性;在面制品中增强面条的韧性,提高面食的耐煮性,使面制品的口感细腻、润滑;在豆奶中能起到悬浮、乳化、稳定的作用,可防止产品分层,改善口感。
